Cant refuel anything..

Since updating to 1.7.7 i have been unable to add fuel to any vehicles using 20l jerry can - havent tried 5 (which also seem to have been restored to full health) 

Is anyone else having this issue. It doesn't seem to have been reported in the wider community

The refuel problem has been solved, but after the new DayZ update 1.7.7 most of the extra mods like the NPC's and Base Building have been removed because of some problems. The server now runs on Vanilla DayZ 1.7.7
