DayZ 1.7.7, NPC's and Base Building removed Empty DayZ 1.7.7, NPC's and Base Building removed

The refuel problem has been solved, but after the new DayZ update 1.7.7 most of the extra mods like the NPC's and Base Building have been removed because of some problems. The server now runs on Vanilla DayZ 1.7.7
